L.I.C advises its lender to invest in the GTA only

L.I.C does not encourage its lender to participate in commercial properties because of the high risk

All funds from lenders will go through legal channels ( lawyers and land registry)

L.I.C will be involved in arranging mortgages through the Canadian Financial Institutions

L.I.C arranges small business loans through the banks

L.I.C arranges line of credits for individuals

For all the above we charge the normal fees by the industry.
